Aura Splits Into Two World-Class Online Safety Companies
Online safety leader Aura has split into two standalone companies: Aura, focused on all-in-one identity and online safety for individuals and families with $150M in ARR growing over 40% year-over-year, and Pango Group, a multi-brand cybersecurity company serving enterprises and consumers with over $200M in annual revenue. The spin-off creates two highly focused organizations each able to address the specific security needs of their distinct target markets.
